Counselling
My approach stems from a trauma-informed lens and pulls from Nature-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT/CBT, Mindfulness-Based, and Emotional Focused Therapy. Our work together would be unique/flexible to meet your needs. My areas of interest are stress, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, infidelity and Relationships.
